Scheduled maintenance prevents the unexpected failure of equipment during its intended use. Depending on your frequency of play we recommended to service your rifle yearly. Includes complete review and testing your rifle prior to disassembly, deep-clean, shimming (AEG), greasing, and a complete rebuild to the original power setting. Service includes the free exchange of wear and tear items, otherwise not covered by our warranty, to bring your rifle back to max performance.

Players opted-in to the Annual Service Plan are eligible to receive a loaner gun when their rifle unexpectedly fails on them before a planned event. Eligibility requires to show a booked Event (paid Ticket) and may be granted in cases where our technical services are unable to return your rifle in time for the event.
